Healthy Panini On the Fly

My AWESOME trainer, Anna, shared this quick and easy, go-to recipe with me for an amazing panini, and I wanted to share with you!

2 slices of Udi's gluten free sandwich slices
1-2 tbs organic whole grain mustard 
1 slice of organic baby swiss cheese
2 slices of organic uncured ham
3 fresh basil leaves
*you can add dijon mustard as well or a spicy mustard.

Heat panini press.  Spread mustard on bread, Fold ham, layer cheese on top of ham, and add basil leaves.  Grill until brown on both sides.  This sandwich tastes so naughty and fills you up!  I eat baked cucumber dill lentil chips with it.
