FRIENDSGIVING 2013

This past weekend Julie and Daron hosted a pot luck Friendsgiving.  She and Jacy worked out the details - we all brought a dish, our families, and some vino.  Per usual it was pretty last minute but came together perfectly and was a wild fun time.  It was rainy and cold out, so we were VERY cozy inside with more than 15 kids (yes, I said 15).  Julie led us in a before dinner prayer and quoted an Irish Blessing my grandparents had on a wooden plaque in their tiny, lovely home.  "May our house always be too small to hold all of our family and friends".  It was a pretty perfect night and we feel so blessed and fortunate to have this big sweet group of family and friends.
