Spicy Crunchy Tuna Tartare a la Meredith

My brother scored. His beautiful, amazing, intelligent, sweet, good-cooking, angler of a girlfriend tells me that Joe really does have game. I mean, just 13 short years ago he used to entertain himself by putting me in the sleeper hold and/or torture rack. But now he keeps the company of a beautiful woman and I don't blame him. Joe, you finally learned that girls rule and boys really do drool. It only took you 30 years and 339 days to figure it out.

Meredith Moeller is her name and cooking is her game. On top of being sweet as pie, this lovely lady can make your tongue slap your ear with her cooking skillz. Today we convinced her to share one of her favorite recipes: Spicy Crunchy Tuna Tartare. She said she got this one from SkinnyTaste and adds a bit more Sriracha (My FAVORITE!) because she likes it HOT. Thanks, Mee Mee! We love ya, girl! Joe, you're still battin' out of your league bro, but I ain't made atcha.  I. Ain't. Mad. Atcha. I'm kidding. I love you too. (Not really. Mah!)

Bon appetite!!!!
