bohoEATS Turkey Taco Salad

TurkeyTACOSALAD
This is a great GO-TO For a week NIGHT FAST dinner.


2 tablespoons of Olive oil
2 lbs of Organic, Hormone free White Breast Ground Turkey 
1 bunch of Organic Scallions
1 bunch of chopped Organic Cilantro
3 Organic limes
8 Tablespoons of Penzey's Chicken or BOLD Taco Seasoning
1 package Organic Romaine Lettuce
1 head of Organic iceberg lettuce
1 chopped Organic jalapeño

Garnish: 

1 pint of Organic Spicy Guacamole or Make your own: 3 chopped or mashed organic Avocados, juice of 2 organic lemon juice, 1/2 bunch of chopped cilantro, tomatoes/green onion/red onion/jalapeño  optional mix and add salt/pepper

1 pint of cooked Organic Black Beans, or 1 can of Organic Black Beans low Sodium

In a nonstick pan sauté 2 chopped scallions,  1/2  bunch of chopped cilantro,  juice of   1-2 limes, jalapeño for spice for 2 minutes.  Add turkey meat to mixture and sprinkle with seasoning and  Cook throughly . 

Assembly: in a bowl  add both  lettuces, 1 scallion cut in half, turkey, black beans, garnish with  cilantro, guacamole,  jalapeño, and limes.

{Serve with a Fresh Margarita}
1 shot of Grand Mariner
2 Shots of Tequila( i like  Don Julio Anejo/Reposado, Corralejo, Patron Silver, Tesoro, or Casa Dagrones)
1 1/2 shots of Fresh squeezed Orange Juice (preference of amount, i like more than most people)
1 1/2 ounces (3 tablespoons/about 1 1/2 small limes) fresh lime juice
In A shaker pour grand mariner, tequila,   orange juice and fresh lime  pour over  ice
